Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Transport / Transportation / Shipping / Heavy haulage
Spanish term or phrase:rampa sup.
Talking about the specifications for lorries/tractors (?) pulling and pushing very heavy loads on multi-axled trailers:
"Camión de tiro 8x4-660 hp. (250 t. rampa sup. 6%)"
"8x8- 652 hp.(400 t. rampa sup.8%)"
"Camión de empuje 8x4- 660 hp.(empuje 200 t. rampa sup.6%)"
My guess (and it is just a guess) would be something like "rampa superable X%" or the slope up which it is capable of hauling the 250, 400 or 200 tonnes respectively.
