check iy out on IATE - which gives land transport(ation), has zero mention of "inland transport" (inland waterway transport, yes, but that is something specific).

Expanding on my note under Lydia's correct answer:

From the context it is clear that 'inland America' refers to the entire 'domestic' (USUS) side of their business, as distinct from the international operations denoted by 'importaciones, exportaciones'. In principle, inland/domestic business can be handled not only 'terrestrially' (road, rail), but also using air or sea freight.

If the translation is for the UK, 'domestic' would perhaps be better-understood than 'inland', because of the UK has many islands which are actually part of the 'inland' market.
