check iy out on IATE - which gives land transport(ation), has zero mention of "inland transport" (inland waterway transport, yes, but that is something specific).

Expanding on my note under Lydia's correct answer:

From the context it is clear that 'inland America' refers to the entire 'domestic' (US<->US) side of their business, as distinct from the international operations denoted by 'importaciones, exportaciones'. In principle, inland/domestic business can be handled not only 'terrestrially' (road, rail), but also using air or sea freight.

If the translation is for the UK, 'domestic' would perhaps be better-understood than 'inland', because of the UK has many islands which are actually part of the 'inland' market.
