From the website below, it appears that these are thermal tarps used to provide cooling to the trailers, somewhat less so than a refrigerated truck.

Perhaps another name for the product described in the website above would be 'insulated tarpaulin'. Since the Spanish has both "frigorífico" and "frigolona", it would appear that these are two distinct types of insulating/refrigerating the product being hauled. |
