I believe "taconeras" might be a typo for "cantoneras". On your text it is said that these "taconeras de ángulo" are used to fix the drop verticals (soportes de las mensulas) to the portal beam (dintel del pórtico). Now these vertical elements are fixed to the portal beam by means of steel angles (cantonera in spanish), as you can see in this document (figure 16 on page 10):

One of the terms used in spanish to refer to L-angles is "cantonera":

"component" is always a get-out if you're stuck. I was going to suggest "angular chocks" but can't find any references...
