This is not acutally the text I'm traslating but it includes the same term I'm looking to translate, which is "dirección gerencia de Trenes Turísticos". UK English please.

El plan hace hincapié en la optimización de los recursos humanos y en la especialización por sectores, por lo que se crean las **direcciones-gerencias** (similares a las UN's de Renfe Operadora), que se especializarán en sus correspondientes mercados.
