This is a "Sistema Logistico".

I have the following occurrences of the word "cuadre":
***Cuadre*** con coche: Indica la existencia (aspa roja) o no (tic verde) de discrepancias entre la estructura comercial del vehículo solicitado y la del vehículo asignado.

Datos Asignación: En esta área de la ventana sólo se muestra información si el pedido tiene actualmente un vehículo asignado. En ella se muestra el número de comisión del vehículo asignado, el número de orden o de bastidor del vehículo asignado y la marca de ***cuadre***. Esta marca indica la existencia (aspa roja) o no (tic verde) de discrepancias entre la estructura comercial del vehículo solicitado y la del vehículo asignado.

En ciertas ocasiones fábrica incorpora modificaciones en la estructura técnica de los vehículos solicitados por el Importador. Estas modificaciones pueden producir que la estructura comercial del vehículo no ***cuadre*** con la estructura final del mismo.

It's refering to the matches/coincidences between the car manufactured and the car ordered so I think the bet option is "match".
"match with the vehicle"
"the match mark"/"the mark indicating the match"
"the commercial structure of the vehicle does not match that of the vehicle's final structure"
