Spanish term or phrase: volteo
This is from a tourism text describing the "Cata Flamenca" event in Andalusia, which emphasises the link between flamenco and wine and is some skill associated with wine making. I am not sure if "volteo, venencia y tonelería" should be thought of as separate activities or a single activity.
