One of those blind-spot words - combined with an adjective that is not easy to translate... uff!!

Just to let you know that, pending other responses, I am using "telling the story" since this case refers to all the contents, materials and activities that the centre is using to explain about its activities, etc. I have used that term a lot in my brand-development work and, while it is maybe not literally correct, here I think it says what it means. :-)

Asker: I know, yuk, it's HORRIBLE!! Sorry to Marga and her agreers but I just cannot put "expository discourse" - only a specialist would understand it, and I eschew jargon at all times (or as often as I can)!
I'm currently thinking of "explanatory approach"... maybe I should answer my own question and see if I can win some points :-))
