Spanish term or phrase: cebo
a particular smell given off by some types of honey, apparently it is a kind of fat but not rancid, in fact there are two types of odour, fat itself and "cebo" and I don't know how to differentiate between them

It is possible that in this case, the author did not intend the two terms to contrast, but rather used a (near) synonym for emphasis.
