Il s'agit d'un programme de séminaire. Tout est présenté sous forme de substantif. C'est peut-être stupide mais je coince avec la traduction de recogida dans ce contexte.

"prise en charge" me semble bien approprié ici.
C'est vrai qu'on trouve aussi "ramassage" dans le contexte des séminaires, mais comme vous dites ce n'est pas très "heureux"!

par ailleurs je trouve l'expression plus élégante que le terme 'ramassage' bien que ce soit la traduction correcte.

pourquoi ne pas le mettre dans un contexte français ....

transport des participants vers le lieu du séminaire...ou bien de l'hotel jusqu'à l'endroit où se tiendra le séminaire...
