Je dirais antenne auto-orientable. Mais les références sont rares, aussi bien en espagnol qu'en français.
Le coût de l'installation INMARSAT est beaucoup plus cher que IRIDIUM et son antenne auto-orientable est probablement plus fragile dans le temps (pièces en mouvements).

Il me vient une autre idée : antenne à orientation automatique (on parle souvent de l'orientation automatique des antennes). Ça fait plus français (auto-orientable fait plus anglais).
Il faut savoir que ce systéme, sauf a étre équipé d’une antenne à orientation automatique...
