Je ne vois pas trop de quoi il s'agit ici : "vuelo del terreno sobrante de edificacion"
Contexte : y frente, rellano de la escalera y vuelo del terreno sobrante de edificacion, destinado zonas comunes del edificio".

L'une des traductions "exploitables" pourrait être celle d'ampleur, habituellement pour un vêtement.
Donc "étendue" éventuellement.
