Spanish term or phrase: corte cisne (frutillas)
Estoy traduciendo un programa de cocina de un instituto de gastronomía. En la parte de cortes de frutas y verduras, dice:
"Frutillas: corte en abanico, **corte cisne**."

La verdad, no conozco este corte y no encuentro nada en Internet, así que agradezco a quien pueda ayudarme.
