En un expediente academico. les colonnes suivantes sont : Extraordinaria 1, Ordinaria et Extraordinaria 2
Dans la colonne Ordinaria et Extraordinaria 2 il y a des notations (aprobable, notable...)

Je pense que "extraordinaria" veut dire dans ce contexte "supplémentaire".
"Extraordinário = Añadido a lo ordinario. ex: Gastos extraordinarios Horas extraordinarias"
Il y a donc les "carreras ordinarias", habituelles et en plus les "carreras extraordinarias"

Pour ce qui est de "carrera", ça peut être "carrière" mais "études", "cursus" cela dépend du contexte exact de la phrase "fin carrera extraordinaria"
