En España, se trata el grado de calificación más alto que se puede conseguir: matrícula de honor, así que yo lo traduciría por el equivalente en francés: des félicitations du jury.

Dans le premier cas, c'est juste "inscrit", bien sûr. Dans le second, OK pour "félicitations du jury", mais, avec les éléments ici fournis, je n'ai pas l'impression que ce soit le cas. Ne s'agirait-il pas tout simplement de qqun qui s'est juste inscrit mais ne s'est pas présenté aux examens ?

En España, cada vez mas se utiliza el termino Matrícula por matrícula de honor que lleva implícita la matrícula gratuita para el curso siguiente. Pero entonces se le da mucho mas importancia, no solo al final de unas calificaciónes ó ¿son notas de una asignatura solamente?
