Spanish to French translations [PRO]

Os planteo estos términos en una única pregunta porque creo que es más fácil resolverla de esta manera.
Estoy intentando encontrar un equivalente francés a estos dos cargos pero no estoy segura. Había pensado en Assistant doctorant y Assistant post-doctorant. ¿Qué os parece?
He encontrado esto:
Profesor Contratado Doctor: Corresponde a aquellos Doctores que acrediten una experiencia docente e
investigadora post-doctoral consolidada.
Profesor Ayudante Doctor: Corresponde a Doctores que acrediten una experiencia docente suficiente y
una experiencia investigadora contrastada con resultados públicos y que durante su formación hayan
realizado estancias de carácter docente y/o investigador con resultados significativos en centros de
reconocido prestigio.
