Je le laisserais comme cela car c'est du français et tout le monde saist ce que c'est S.O.S. Sinon, si vous voulez absolument le traduire, je dirais postes de secours ou postes d'urgence.

  -> Je pense que c'est "postes" car cela n'est ni une borne ni un poteau. Mais je peux me tromper car la photo n'est pas trop claire.
