Según la 3ª acepción del Grand Dictionnaire Bilingue FR<>ESP Larousse, se debería traducir por "direction". Ej.: "El proyecto cuenta con el respaldo unánime de los miembros del patronato de la fundación -> le projet dispose de l´appui unanime des membres de la direction de la fondation".
