Spanish term or phrase: socio/asociado
En la documentación de prsentaciñon de una compañía de executive search, aparaece lo siguiente sobre uno de los miembres de la compaía:

"En Enero 2003 fue promocionada a **Asociada** de la firma y en Enero 2008 a **Socia**."
Socia y Asociada en la misma frase...
En todo el documento había traducido "Socio" por "Associé". Pero entonces cómo traducir "Asociada"?
