on parle du "derecho de piso" quand on est le dernier arrivé, le petit nouveau. On ne conçoit pas qu'un nouvel arrivé puisse sauter des échelons. Si jamais il est doué, les collègues vont se charger de le saboter pour qu'il en bave comme eux et qu'il mette du temps, comme eux. Triste réalité pour certains pays. |
