Bonjour à tous, je souhaiterais de l'aide concernant la traduction de la phrase suivante, notamment l'expression ci-dessus. Il s'agit d'un jugement.

Las presentes actuaciones se iniciaron a partir de atestato Guardia Civil presentado ante el Juzgado de Guardia.

Les présents actes de procédures ont débuté à partir du procès-verbal de la Garde civile, présenté devant le Tribunal de garde.

agree  jacqueline simana: oui je pense également qu'on parle d"atestado"(constat) et qu'on emploierait de préférence "sur la base de".

disagree  weaving words: Pas dans le langage juridique, Jacqueline. Si ce sont des documents qui sont envoyés au Tribunal, il s'agira de procès-verbaux, non pas de simples constats.
