C'est le titre d'un clause d'un contrat où il est expliqué:

"El Comprador y el Vendedor, con total autoridad y responsabilidad corporativa declaran respectivamente que el Vendedor es el propietario legal del producto en cantidad y calidad tal como figura a continuación, y que el comprador es plenamente capaz de adquirir dicho producto"
