Estoy traduciendo unos estatutos para una empresa y al final del documento, después de los todos los capítulos y artículos, aparece la frase "en los antedichos términos, quedan establecidos los presentes estatutos por los que ha de regirse". No sé si existe alguna frase en francés ya acuñada que quiera decir lo mismo...
