Le participe passé "otorgada" me pose question. Je vois mal à quoi il fait référence.

Contexte : clause de non-responsabilité

"[...] mediante la firma del presente Acuerdo de Confidencialidad los Inversores o Intermediarios conocen y expresamente aceptan que ni XXX, ni XXX, serán responsables frente al Inversor o Intermediario por cualquier contenido, error u omisión de la Información Confidencial [...].

Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de que XXX pueda, en su caso, considerar la posibilidad de realizar determinadas manifestaciones y garantías en relación con la Información Confidencial en el contrato de compraventa que sea otorgada, en su caso, con el Inversor o Inversores que finalmente Adquieran los Productos."

Je pense qu’il s’agit d’une faute d’accord, cela devrait être “otorgado”, en faisant référence au contrat. Ça serait alors : Conclure un contrat

Explanation:
Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait une faute d'accord: "otorgada" semble plutôt se référer ici à la possibilité de réaliser les garanties (plus haut dans la phrase). "la posibilidad...otorgada". La phrase juridique en espagnol est toujours très alambiquée...mais rarement fausse grammaticalement.
