Toujours dans ce contrat d'achat-vente, le segment "acreditar la causa del incumplimiento" me pose question.
Voici la phrase :
"En el supuesto de que en el periodo de XXX meses, es decir, llegado el día XXX, la parte compradora no hubiera podido inscribir en el Registro de la Propiedad los bienes indicados en el apartado anterior, deberá de acreditar la causa del incumplimiento y si éste le fuera imputable, la obligación del pago del precio de XXX € surtirá todos sus efectos."
