Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / escrituras notariales | | Spanish term or phrase: Doy fe que en lo omitido [continua] | El contexto es una escritura, el notario transcribe una parte de los estatutos pero omite frases y pone lo siguiente:
"Doy fe que en lo omitido no hay nada que altere, restrinja, condicione o modifique lo inserto"
Estoy intentando hacer una traducción literal y por ahora me ha salido: "Nous certifions que ce qui est omis ne porte pas d’altération, de restriction, , de condition ou de modification à ce qui a été mentionné" o "Ce qui est omis ne porte pas d’altération, de restriction, , de condition ou de modification à ce qui a été mentionné. Dont acte."
Pero no sé si está bien así o si existe una fórmula notarial francesa que quiera decir esto. Me suena raro...
