CUARTO: [...] mi principal est de nacionalidad española, teniendo interés en que la resolución xxx que disolvió su matrimonio sea reconocida y ejecutiva en xxx, recurriendo a esta jurisdicción por tener la competencia objetiva y funcional, así como la territorial al encontrarse en esta capital el Registro Civil donde habrá de inscribirse **el interesado reconocimiento y eficacia de la resolución extranjera** del divorcio de mi patrocinada.

No entiendo esta parte. A ver si hay alguien más inspirado que yo.
