il s'agit d'une formule que je retrouve souvent dans ces allégations...
Voici quelques exemples:
- "De forma que la recusación fue presentada en tiempo y forma, y se pretende, de adverso, que su rechazo fue adecuado, aunque “excepcional”, por considerar el Magistrado recusado que el recusante tenía mala fe."
