En el Perú hay al menos tres certificados que conseguir para hacer ciertos trámites, como por ejemplo, obtener visa: Mi problema es traducirlos al francés o cual seria su equivalente más próximo. Más detalles no puedo dar porque no soy especialista
1] Certificado de antecedentes policiales.
Que lo da la Policía Nacional del Perú, a través de la División de Identificación Criminalística: “No registra antecedentes”.
2] Certificado judicial de antecedentes penales
que lo da el Poder Judicial, a través del Registro Nacional de Condenas.
“No registra antecedentes”.
3] Certificado de Antecedentes Judiciales a nivel nacional
Que lo da el Ministerio de Justicia, a través del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario:
“No registra antecedentes judiciales a nivel nacional hasta la fecha”.
