il faudrait s'assurer avec le contexte qu'il s'agit bien d'une ordonnance. La nature des titres exécutoires est variable: il peut s'agir d'ordonnances mais aussi d'autres types de décisions judiciaires: jugements, arrets, injonctions de payer, etc.

- parte ejecutante = partie poursuivante / demanderesse (partie qui demande l'exécution et au profit de laquelle la décision a été rendue)
