Explanation:
C'est-à-dire la phase où l'inculpé est entendu.
On pourrait dire plus largement "pendant l'instance", qui comprend tous les actes de procédure qui précèdent le procès en lui-même (dont les auditions).
Le terme "information" porte à confusion car il renvoie à la notion d'information judiciaire, ouverte en matière criminelle (à moins qu'on soit dans ce cas ici?).
