"Primero- *En el correlativo ordinal* y con amparo en los previsto en los arts.xxx, consideran infringido el principio acusatorio al haber admitido el tribunal de instancia el escrito calificatorio de la acusación particular a pesar de su abstracción....
Segundo - *En el correlativo ordinal* se alega infracción de precepto constitucional, con vulneración..."
Quizás se estén refiriendo a la sentencia recurrida y a los puntos que se trataron en los fundamentos de derecho, cómo traducirlo?
