estoy traduciendo una diligencia de ordenación en el contexto de un procedimiento de divorcio, en la que aparece esta frase:
«... hágase saber a dicho Procurador que en el testimonio que se le expidió junto con la anterior resolución dictada en este procedimiento (...) ya figura la expresión "Es firme en Derecho", por lo que no procede expedir otro.»
Agradezco vuestras sugerencias para la expresión "Es firme en Derecho".
