Bueno, podría estar equivocada en mi contribución y podríá haber cometido un error muy grande, entonces mejor que pusiera un "3" como nivel de confianza!

  -> Hello, do you mean that this is the original and the Spanish translator is translating back into English? Well, well! I would like to know though whether "pastelillos" is the actual medical word in Spanish, if you see my meaning. I found no evidence.
