Dans un compte-rendu médical : "réducción y oesteosíntesis con obenque bajo anestesía regional intradural", je pense qu'il s'agit d'un dispositif mais je n'ai pas trouvé à quoi cela correspondait en français. D'avance merci !

Bien que le mot soit aussi un terme nautique, en matière chirurgicale il semble que l´expression ici proposée soit plus courante.

...et pour conclure, je crois que haubannage proposé par Fabien est peut-être plus juste....au vu du lien qu´il propose.
