Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals | | Spanish term or phrase: venta bajo receta archivada / psi IV | Je l'ai traduit "MÉDICAMENT À NE DELIVRER QUE SUR ORDONNANCE (Ordonnance à garder par le pharmacien pendant 2 ans) ". Est-ce qu'il y a une manière plus traditionnelle de traduire ça?
Est-ce que "psi IV" correspond à "DSM IV"; ou faut-il mettre "Médicament psychotrope classe IV"?

Bueno, acá en Chile se usa decir "venta bajo receta retenida", para los medicamentos tipo sicotrópicos y los antibióticos, eso me dio la idea, no sé si se usa así en francés, pero puede ser una opción.
Para psi IV no sé, pero trataré de averiguar.

El "IV" se refiere a algún tipo de lista, me imagino a algún tipo de clasificación, puedes ver en el siguiente link:
