Pues no, aquí pienso que EL HOSPITAL le da una cita para 6 meses después (en 6 meses =anglicismo).
Por otra parte, traduciría "control" por "suivi". Se habla de "contrôle médical" más bien en el contexto de un control de la pertinencia de una baja por enfermedad firmada por un médico. (www.axmedica.fr: "Le but du contrôle médical est de s'assurer du bien fondé d'un arrêt maladie")
Habría que buscar una frase más corta para la traducción aquí.
