Je pense qu'en tête d'un paragraphe, il faut quelque chose de percutant, alors pourquoi pas "A l'aide" ou "Au secours"...

Je pense qu'en tête d'un paragraphe, il faut quelque chose de percutant, alors pourquoi pas "A l'aide" ou "Au secours"...
