c'est le sous architecte. il interprète les plans et c'est le responsabble sur place de l'execution des travaux. il doit faire 3 ans d'études superieures. En Espagne on les appelait aparejadores jusqu'à il y a peu de temps .

c\'est possible, ce que je sais c\'est que le chef de chantier correspond à el aparejador ou arquitecto tecnico, un chef de travaux pourrait être un responsable à sa charge genre maestro de obra.

Je me posais la même question que Thierry, alors, en allant voir dans le CILF..... "arquitecto técnico" serait l'équivalent de "technicien du bâtiment".
Professionnel ayant reçu une formation pour accomplir des tâches d'exécution dans un métier du bâtiment, sous la direction d'un ingénieur ou d'un architecte.
