A priori, Cathie a raison, le contexte qu'elle suppose est le plus probable.
Mais je voulais quand même signaler l'existence de ce groupe de ce terme en français de la linguistique et des sciences sociales.
En linguistique, par exemple, une analyse instructionnelle consiste à supposer chez le locuteur un fonctionnement mental comparable à celui des ordinateur, la réception d'une information grammaticale (par ex: l'audition d'une désinence verbale du passé) se traduisant par l'émission d'un nombre limité d'instructions précises (comme: "verser le procès décrit au passé").
Toute la question est donc de savoir si "instruccional" provient ici DES instructions (= ordres) ou de L'instruction (=éducation; mais alors, pourquoi n'a-t-on pas "educacional" dans l'original?).
Il y a vraiment trop peu de contexte.

Je pense que l\'original est simplement jargonnant et mal écrit. Ne pas hésiter à reprendre \"pédagogique\"
