Es kann sich auch um das genaue Gegenteil handeln, also um den Angebotsempfänger.Ich kann das aus dem Kontext nicht genau erkennen.Da es um Datenschutz geht, scheint es mir eher um letzteres zu handeln, beim zweiten Blick.
