Begriffbestimmung in einer Haftpflichtversicherung. Versichert ist die "pérdida real" aufgrund von Betriebsunterbrechung durch ein versichertes Ereignis. Als pérdida real gelten:

Ingresos netos (netos de beneficios o pérdidas antes de impuestos) que el Asegurado hubiera obtenido o incurrido si no se hubiera producido la Interrupción y los gastos incurridos para la continuación de las operaciones normales, incluidos los gastos de nóminas ordinarios.

Das hört sich für mich fast so an wie die "lösungsfreien Lösemittel" ein paar Fragen früher. Nettoeinkünfte (nach Gewinn oder Verlust und vor Steuern)? Oder sehe ich den Baum vor lauter Wäldern nicht?

Explanation:
Die Formulierung soll wohl sagen: Nur wenn der Versicherte ohne die Betriebsunterbrechung wirklich Einnahmen gehabt hätte, d.h. nach Abzug aller Kosten und sonstiger, nicht mit dem versicherten Ereignis zusammenhängender Einnahmen, wird auch gezahlt.
