Law/Patents - Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs / Berufsbezeichnung eines Notars des venezolanischen Servicio Autónomo de Registros y Notarías | | Spanish term or phrase: Notario Público Titular | Auf einem Dokument, das für mich aussieht wie ein durch die Notare des SAREN (Servicio Autónomo de Registros y Notarías) zu benutzendes Deckblatt, erscheint unter dem Titel und Namen des Anwalts der Begriff ***Notario Público Titular***.
Meiner Auffassung nach können "notario público" und "notario" beide mit "Notar/in" übersetzt werden, da es vom jeweligen Land abhängt, ob der Notar auch gleichzeitig ein Staatsbeamter ist oder nicht. Soll mit ***Notario Público Titular*** eventuell auch die Inhabereigenschaft des Notars hingewiesen werden?
