La separación de cuerpos y bienes, salvo que se trate de bienes inmuebles y derechos reales, los cuales se harán por ante el Registro de Propiedad. 2. Las interdicciones e inhabilitaciones civiles. 3. Los títulos y certificados académicos, científicos, eclesiásticos y los despachos militares. 4. Los demás previstos en la ley. Los registradores o registradoras principales deberán efectuar el acto de legalización de firmas de las autoridades públicas dentro de su jurisdicción.

2. Entmündigungen und rechtliche Betreuung.
3. Akademische, wissenschaftliche, kirchliche Grade und Abschlüsse sowie militärische Beschlüsse.
4. Alle weiteren gesetzlich vorgesehenen ***rechtlichen Handlungen***.
Die Leiter der Registros Principales („Zentralregister“) müssen die Unterschriften der Behörden in ihrem jeweiligen Verwaltungsbereich beglaubigen." |
