neutral  Konrad Schultz: Fettsäuren und Fette (Fettsäureglyceride) werden vielfach durcheinandergebracht, Wikipedia: Fette. Hier geht es um gehärtete Fette, die durch Sättigen (Hydrogenieren) der Fettsäuren entstehen.
