der Teig wird brandig / brüchig Explanation: Hallo, so sagt man jedenfalls im Fachjargon. "Brandig" ist zwar der Fachbegriff, aber ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob es sich um Umgangssprache handelt. Das bedeutet, dass der Teig so bröselig/rissig/brüchig wird, dass man ihn nicht mehr ausrollen kann. In der Konditorei/Bäckerei hört man es jedenfalls. Hdh lunardelli |
