Es geht um eine Online/E-Learning-Sprachschule, die ihren Service anpreist. Ich weiß, dass das Wort "tutorización" gemäß RAE gar nicht existiert, aber vielleicht habt Ihr ja trotzdem eine gute Idee, wie man den Ausdruck sinnvoll ins Deutsche übersetzen könnte. Hier der ganze Absatz:

Ponemos nuestros profesores a su disposición para atender a sus alumnos 24 horas 7 días a la semana, y le ofrecemos un protocolo de tutorización que incluye la generación de informes durante toda la formación.
