Lo de formal significa que es "oficial".

Asker: menos mal, lo traducí casi literalmente aunque "adivinando" bastante. Dejé lo de oficial aparte, pero no creo que incluya mucho.
Haber contestado hace unos días me hubiera sido de grandissima ayuda, ahora también, dlaro, pero el documento ya está entregado. Ahora lo coy a anotar en mi glosario provado. Gracias de nuevo.
