Guten abend, ich habe hier einen Begriff, der nicht aus der Seefahrt stammt und anscheinend bei Maschinen angebaut werden kann. Hierbei bräuchte ich bitte Eure Hilfe.
(Mein Vorschlag dafür wäre ein "elektronischer Zähler")

La entrega a XXX de los lotes, no deberá exceder a 12 meses desde su fecha de fabricación.
La maquina deberá contar con una *bitácora electrónica* con el registro de fabricación de cada lote de platos.

Oder statt "Protokoll-" auch "Log-", also "Logdatei ... " usw. (in diesem Falle "Log" nicht aus der Seefahrt übernommen, sondern eher direkt aus dem "Computer-Englischen")

So kenne ich das aus dem Computerbereich: Eine Protokoll-/Logdatei ist ein chronologisches elektronisches Verzeichnis bestimmter Systemereignisse, Fehlermeldungen usw., typischerweise mit einer Zeitangabe in der linken Spalte und dem Ereignis in der rechten. (Wäre ein bloßer Zähler gemeint, so hätte man dies auf Span. wahrscheinlich anders genannt; eine "bitácora" sollte noch weitere Angaben enthalten.)
