Spanish term or phrase: vientos tensores en guaya de acero

es handelt sich um einen Teil der Vergabebedingungen bzgl. einer Bodenstation zur Auf- und Entladung von U-Boot-Batterien in Kolumbien;
Unter anderm soll das Ding einen Blitzableiter als Schutzvorrichtung besitzen:

"Sistema de pararrayos tipo Franklin importado montado en mástil de 1.5m y torre estructural autosoportada, construida en acero galvanizado en caliente, de altura no inferior a 20 m, con sus respectivos **vientos tensores en guaya de acero** y accesorios, este debe obedecer a un estudio previa, el cual debe ser presentado de forma escrita, y debe cumplir con las normas NTC 4552-1, NTC 4552-2, NTC 4552-3, conforme con lo establecido en el numeral X del Anexo XX de los Pliegos de Condiciones."

Ich habe nun weder eine Ahnung was "vientos tensores" noch was "guaya" hier bedeutet, geschweige denn, wie es auf Deutsch zu sagen wäre. Ob es wohl kolumbianische Ausdrücke sind?

Für schnelle Antworten bin ich schon im Voraus schrecklich dankbar!
